Information on the processing of personal data
In compliance with art. No.13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter "GDPR"), Raccorderie TAA S.p.A. provides you with the following information on the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Raccorderie TAA S.p.A., with registered office in Via Passione 2 / A - 20122 Milan, N. of Registration at Company Register MI 510576, VAT Number 10144720967 (hereinafter, “Company” or “Data Controller”).
2. Purpose of the processing, legal basis and terms of preservation
2.1 The personal data provided by you through the form are available in order to respond to your information request. The processing of personal data for this purpose does not require your consent as the legal basis is contractual. The data will be kept for the time necessary to reply to you.
2.2 By your authorization, the personal data you provide may be used to allow and manage your registration at Company's promotional newsletter, for sending communications and promotional offers relating to the products offered by the Company and / or notification of events such as fairs and congresses, with automated methods of contact (e-mail).
The legal basis for such processing is consent (optional and revocable at any time).
In the absence of your consent, your data will not be processed for the purposes referred in paragraph 2.2. The dta will be retained until you request to scind the consent given.
2.3 The personal data provided by you through the form, including your identification and contact details, address, email address, CV information and photograph, will used for the purpose of recruiting the candidate and/or entering into a work contact. The Legal Basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or taking steps prior to entering into a contract. The data will be stored for the period of time required in order to complete the activities related to the recruitment of the candidate and, in any case, for no longer than twenty-four months from collection, except where a work relationship is indeed established.
3. Provision of personal data
The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to paragraph 2.1 is necessary to answer to your requests.
The provision of your personal data according to paragraph 2.2 is only necessary to receive the promotional newsletter. Your possible refusal and / or the provision of incorrect and / or incomplete information would make it impossible to register / subscribe to the Company’s newsletter.
Provision of your personal data for the purposes under item 2.3 is necessary in order to complete the process for the recruitment of the candidate.
4. Categories of data’s recipients
Your personal data will be processed by employees and / or collaborators of the controller who have received adequate operating instructions and who have been expressly authorized to process.
Your data may be disclosed to individuals, independent data controllers such as authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, subjects, public or private, entitled to request / receive data.
Your personal data may also be communicated to, and processed by;
- subjects authorized to the treatment belonging to companies of the Atos Spa Group;
- external subjects expressly designated as data processors who carry out processing operations on behalf of the Company (such as, for example: companies in charge of the maintenance/management of the website and of the electronic and/or telematic instruments; companies managing the registration and/or sending of the newsletter)
5. Rights of the interested party
The Data Subject can ask the Data Controller to access the data concerning him / her, their deletion, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided by art. 18 GDPR, as well as the opposition pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, for reasons related to their particular situation, in the hypothesis of treatment based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
At any time, the Data Subject may object to the processing for the direct marketing purposes of the Data Controller.
If data processing is based on authorization or contract and is performed with automated tools, the Data Subject has the right to receive his / her data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another Data Controller without impediments.
The Data Subject also has the right to revoke the authorization given at any time and no longer receive the promotional newsletter by writing to marketing.dpt@atos.com

At any time, the Data Subject may file a complaint with the GDPR apply other means of protection provided by applicable law.
Data Subject’s authorization
Having read the information on the processing of my personal data, aware that my consent is optional, as well as revocable at any time, I authorize the processing of my personal data by Raccorderie TAA S.p.A. for the purpose of sending communications and promotional offers related to the products offered by Raccorderie TAA S.p.A. and / or reporting of events such as fairs and congresses, with automated methods of contact (e-mail).
The undersigned also declares that he/she gives his/her specific consent to the treatment of data for the further aims of marketing (ref. 2.2), in particular for the carrying out of direct marketing by sending publicity material and/or information/promotional communications, in relation to the products supplied and/or promoted by the Owner.
