Raccorderie TAA manufactures fittings both to customer drawings and according to DIN, ISO, JIC standards. Raccorderie TAA's wide range includes connectors, quick couplings, nipples, hose holders, fittings swivels, both to customer drawings and according to ISO, SAE, DIN, BSP, JIC standards.
Straight fittings are generally produced from bar stock, while elbow and flange tees are produced from forgings. Raccorderie TAA integrates into the production cycle heat and surface treatments, sealant applications, grinding, welding, brazing.
Fittings can be supplied with protective plastic caps on threads or other protection type.
The wide range of Raccorderie TAA includes connectors, quick-couplings, hose couplings, swivel fittings, special on customer design or according to ISO, SAE, DIN, BSP, JIC standards.
The parts are produced by machining forgings, bars and welded joints in carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium with relevant heat treatments such as quenching and tempering, carburizing, carbo-nitriding and surface treatments such as zinc plating, zinc-nickel or lamellar zinc.
For critical applications with vibrations or high pressure, sealants or threadlockers can be applied. All parts can be supplied with plastic caps on threads or other protection type.
